These terms govern your use of Artha, a service operated by Artha Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Artha”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
1. The service
Artha is a mentor product that helps you pick up to three income tracks and ships a daily plan of focused tasks. We are not a financial advisor, broker, employer, or income guarantor. We do not promise that following the plan will produce any specific result.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
- You agree to keep your email, phone, and login credentials accurate and secure.
- You will not share your account with another person or sell access to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Artha in line with our Acceptable use policy. In short: no spam, no scraping, no illegal earnings tracks, no impersonation, no breaking the law.
5. Pricing and beta
Artha is offered free of charge during private beta. After beta ends, we may charge a subscription fee. Beta members locked in at $19 per month will keep that price for 12 months after their first paid bill, provided their account stays active.
6. Refunds
For paid subscriptions, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
7. Your content
Anything you write into Artha (tasks, notes, drafts, earnings logs) remains yours. You give us a limited license to store and process it to operate the service. We will not sell it, we will not train public AI models on it, and we will export it on request.
8. Our content
The Artha brand, logo, written tasks, prompts, and software are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, resell, or republish them. Personal use within the product is fine.
9. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate (Supabase for data, OpenAI for language models, Groq and AssemblyAI for transcription, ElevenLabs for voice, Brevo for email, Vercel for hosting, YouTube for public video metadata). Your use of Artha is also subject to their terms.
10. Termination
You can delete your account from settings at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your activity endangers other users, or if we are required to by law.
11. Disclaimers
Artha is provided as is. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Income figures shared by other members are individual outcomes. They are not a promise of your outcome. See the income disclaimer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artha's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
14. Changes
If we materially change these terms, we will email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
15. Contact
