Artha exists so a small community of makers can ship honest work and earn from it. The rules below protect that. Break them and we suspend your account.
You will not
- Use Artha to plan or carry out anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Examples: investment fraud, unlicensed sale of regulated goods, copyright laundering.
- Spam, scrape, or send unsolicited bulk outreach using copy generated by Artha. Personal outreach in good faith is fine.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organization in your account profile or your earnings logs.
- Reverse engineer the product, attempt to bypass rate limits, or probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure (see security).
- Use Artha to generate or distribute sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or hate speech.
- Resell access to Artha or share your account with anyone outside your household.
What we will do
If we believe an account is violating these rules we will, depending on severity, send a warning, suspend the account, or permanently terminate it. For activity that puts other users or the public at risk we will skip the warning.
